What have we been up to?
We are always up to exciting things here at Pavilion. We encourage the children to take a very hands on approach to their learning.
Our Right Royal Knees-Up
In May we celebrated the Coronation of King Charles and Queen Camilla.
We made bunting, decorated cupcakes and had a right royal knees-up. The children were then all given a special wooden, engraved medal to keep.
Our Garden is blooming.
This summer it's not just our children who are growing, but all of their lovely flowers and vegetables are too.
Whether it's planting seeds, spotting bees, watering in wellies or just getting stuck in, the children seem to be loving every minute.
This year we are growing peas, beans, tomatoes, radishes, carrots, pumpkins, cabbages, strawberries and even peppers.
We can't wait to try them all!
Our School Visit
Last week we went to visit Mrs. Knight at Scholes J & I School. It was lovely to be able to play with all their wonderful toys and for our older children to visit their new class ahead of they're transition.
The sunshine allowed us to explore both the inside and the outside space. We all had a wonderful time.
Mini Beast Madness
This term we have been looking at mini beasts. We've all been very brave and had a hold and a closer look through our magnifying glasses.
Our caterpillar's all started very small but soon they will grow and we will watch them as they turn into butterflies.
